-Mr. Chaz has worked for many childcare services within his successful career in Hampton Roads. His favorite career was with the City of Virginia Beach - Department of Parks and Recreation, as their Activity Center Leader (3months), Student's Development Program Director, at All Can Excel ACE Academy, (12years), while supervising 18 to 22 children (Infants, Toddlers, School Aged Children and New Borns), Kid's Special Event's Director, at the MHSA HARBOUR PROGRAM for 7years in charge of coordinating special events for the children and retirement parties for the City of Virginia Beach Staff and Personnel and the Children's Peer-2-Peer Advocacy Director for 6years at the Beach House. Mr. Chaz has nearly every certification in which you can name in the Childcare Industry except for his 32 Hour MAT Training, which is in progress (Progress accomplished, Mr. Chaz now has his AMAT Certificate.)
